"Winemaking and Filmmaking are two great art forms.” – Francis Ford Coppola

Characteristics:
In filmmaking, final cut privilege is reserved for the director to determine the final version of the film released to the public. In honor of the 40th anniversary and its final cut release, we present Apocalypse Now Final Cut. Quality grapes sourced from Alexander Valley, Sonoma County. Blend of 87% Cabernet Sauvignon, 9% Merlot, 4% Petit Verdot. 14 months in French oak. Wine with a striking bouquet containing aromas of raspberry jam, baked blueberries, violets, and smoky spice notes of clove, tobacco, and forest floor. An opulent, full-bodied palate presents juicy flavors of crushed cherries, blackberries, and cocoa. With the long, decadent finish you’ll find touches of caramel and toasted wood. Excellent structure and tannins make this wine capable of aging for several more years.

Food pairing:
Try with fine quality red meat, lamb, rib-eye or fettucine pasta with cream and sage.

About the winery:
Francis Ford Coppola, the famous film director is surrounded by a professional team that successfully runs a very modern winery. Corey Beck is the cellar master and the grapes are sourced from the most suitable terroirs according to cépage. "Wine, food & adventure" par excellence!
