Characteristics:
Blackcurrant, cedar and leather. Well structured glass of wine; elegance from beginning to end. 10% Petit Verdot and a dash of Cabernet Franc, Syrah and Petite Sirah was added. 15 months on French oak & American oak, of which 40% was new.

Food pairing:
Combine with hearty meat dishes or with full-flavoured, lightly spicy recipes. Goes well with lamb chops, prime rib and roasted turkey.
