About the winery:
Neil Ellis is rightly called the mentor of South African wines. Together with his son Warren he is responsible for an impressive portfolio of wines synonymous to quality, elegance and value for money. Their Sauvignon Blanc and Cabernet Sauvignon rank among the top of the world and they have built an outstanding range of terroir specific cuvées.

The South African wine region is located near the Atlantic Ocean and also receives a continuous & beneficial cooling due to the Benguela current from Antarctica. This ensures slow ripening of the grapes, an attractive freshness in the wine, finesse in style and aging potential.
