Aromas and flavours of red fruit, pomegranate, young cherry and strawberry with a hint of spice. Notes of damp earth, some truffles.
Food pairing:
Serve with poached salmon, poultry or lamb. Or go for grilled vegatables or fine Italian dishes with tomato sauce.
