Het cool-climate terroir van Upper Hemel-en-Aarde geeft de wijn een bijna hemelse fraicheur. Hasher zet zijn koers voort met minimale interventie in wijngaard en kelder. Lichtere stijl Pinot Noir, met 6 maand houtlagering op neutrale eik.
