Abundant aromas of plums, vanille and gently roasted spices. Sweetly ripe fruit, laced with chocolate and spice. Supple oak tannins and bright acidity, leading to a full, dry and savoury finish. The grapes are hand-picked in small crates. Aged in 25% new French oak for 12 months. Blend of 54% Syrah, 45% Cabernet and 1% Petit Verdot.
