Aroma with plenty of plums and cinnamon, in the mouth black forest berries, red fruit and some pepper. Matured 14 months on barrels, in a combination of French, Hungarian and American oak, of which only 10% were new.
Food friendly, pair it with roasted red meat, steak, chops and prime rib.
