Botanica The Mary Delany Collection Pinot Noir 2019

Characteristics: 
Small production classy Pinot Noir; 100% malolactic fermentation and 20% matured on new French oak for 9 months. Layers of bright strawberries and wild rasberry fruit on the pallet with a hint of spice on the nose. This wine has a good acidity, showing a floral lift on the finish. Will mature well for another 5 years.

Food pairing:
Delicate and tender meats, cooked 'Rosé', like lamb, veal or goat, in natural and refined sauces.

Bouchard Finlayson Kaaimansgat Chardonnay 2020

Characteristics:
This wine is characterized by rich accents of mineral and citrus fruits, covered with touches of peach and vanilla. Oustanding price value!

Food pairing:
Enjoy with creamy dishes of white fish, white meat or with ripened cheeses.

Cape of Good Hope Serruria Chardonnay 2019

Characteristics:
The Altima vineyard is situated in Elandskloof, an isolated valley with a very cool climate in Overberg. The unique terroir produces wines with a high natural acidity and upfront aromas. Grapes are handpicked late February/early March, fermentation and wood maturation partly on a mix of new and used 300l French oak. 30% of the wine is unoaked. The wine spent 7 months on the lees.
Shy orange blossom bouquet, fresh and lively in the mouth with orange and citrus flavour cloaked with creamy vanilla. Complex, long and yet light and bright!

Food pairing:
Superb with fish cooked in butter (e.g. sole meunière), roast chicken, poached salmon, seared scallops, mushroom risotto and caesar salad.

Coppola Diamond Collection Pinot Noir 2019

Characteristics:
Violet magenta, aromas of strawberries, cherry and mocha. In the mouth, tastes of plums, wild raspberries, cloves and vanilla. 9 months on French oak.

Food pairing:
Delicate and tender meats, cooked 'Rosé', like lamb, veal or goat, in natural and refined sauces.

Oak Valley Sounds of Silence Pinot Noir 2020

Characteristics:
Vineyard planted high on the southern slopes of the Groenland Mountain. Cold climate Pinot Noir with aromas and flavours of dried florals, fresh red fruits of strawberry and cranberry and an inviting savoury earthiness. Delicate, fresh palate with pomegranate and strawberry. Matured for 9 months on French 300 litre oak, 20% new.

Food pairing:
Elegant pinot, serve with roast chicken or pigeon. Rack of lamb, served pink. Rare fillet steak and carpaccio. Go for roast pork with herbs and fennel or chicken sausages or sweetbreads. Dishes with morels and other wild mushrooms or mushroom risotto. Roast or grillled lobster.

Cape Town Wine Co. Méthode Cap Classique Pinot Noir Rosé 2018

Characteristics
Méthode Cap Classique made of 100% Pinot Noir. On the nose fresh raspberries and spiced cherries, amplified by the generous bubbles. The palate is rich in flavours of summer berries while having an interesting umami sensation, balanced by a very subtle creamy richness on the mid palate and a lingering finish. 

Food Pairing
A beautiful bright salmon pink colour with lots of personality, ideal for any occasion or celebration.
