Bar Dog California Chardonnay 2019

Characteristics:

Named in honour of faithful hounds everywhere, Bar Dog offers a well-balanced, refreshing chardonnay. Its aromas and flavours of lifted ripe pineapple fruit, followed by notes of nuts, honey and citrus lead to a fresh finish.

Food Pairing:
Can be enjoyed on its own or served with light appetizers. For heartier fare, pair with a Caesar salad with grilled chicken, a bay scallop pan roast, or a mushroom and brie pizza. Or vegetarian fare.

Francis Coppola Director's Sonoma Chardonnay 2019

Characteristics:
Rich and silky palate. Scents of guava, peaches, cloves and spicy oak create a gorgeous perfume, followed by flavours of caramelized pineapple, melon, tangerine and vanille. 10 months on French oak, 20% new.

Food pairing:
Excellent with lobster, grilled sole, or oriental chicken salad. Partners quiche lorraine beautifully.

Purple Cowboy Tenacious Red Paso Robles 2018

Characteristics:
Dark red with hints of purple. Blend of Syrah, Petite Sirah, Malbec and Cabernet Sauvignon. Aroma's of ripe plum, cherry and cassis accented with a hint of vanilla. In the mouth juicy berries with cassis and fine, polished tannins.

Food pairing:
Delicious with all beef preparations including grilled steak, roasts and hamburgers.

Bar Dog California Red Blend 2019

Because California possesses so many different microclimates and terroir variations, this blend highlights the different contributing factors from each region through its balanced structure. This tasty blend of 86% Merlot, 10% Cabernet Sauvignon and 4% Syrah offers rich, ripe fruit including cherry, plum, and baking spice with notes of cocoa. Balance with gentle tannins and a moderate finish make this an easy-drinking wine you’ll love for everyday occasions.

Young red berries and soft tannins. Soft aromas of raspberries, cherries, plums, a touch of pepper and clove. 6 months on French oak, 40% new.

Delicate and tender meats, cooked 'Rosé', like lamb, veal or goat, in natural and refined sauces.
