Blend of Chardonnay (90%) and Viognier (10%). A bouquet of subtle peach and mandarin aromas with vanilla oak in the background. The creaminess of the Viognier matches beautifully with the citrus character of the Chardonnay to make a superbly-balanced, mounth-filling wine.

With appetizers, light pastas, vongole, primavera, mussels and scallops. With light fish dishes, steamed or poached.
