Cape Town Wine Co. Méthode Cap Classique Pinot Noir Rosé 2018

Characteristics
Méthode Cap Classique made of 100% Pinot Noir. On the nose fresh raspberries and spiced cherries, amplified by the generous bubbles. The palate is rich in flavours of summer berries while having an interesting umami sensation, balanced by a very subtle creamy richness on the mid palate and a lingering finish. 
Food Pairing
A beautiful bright salmon pink colour with lots of personality, ideal for any occasion or celebration.


Bloemendal Waterlily Sauvignon Blanc 2020

Characteristics:
Grapes are hand-harvested from 15-year-old vines on the slopes of the Kanonberg mountains. The wine shows a brilliant and clear, green-tinged colour. Aromatic and dry Sauvignon Blanc, with aromas and flavours of gooseberries, lemon zest, green pepper and a young tropical fruit. Pleasing and lingering mineral-rich mouth-feel.
Food pairing:
Goes well with pure fish, shellfish. Fresh aperitif.


Francis Coppola Diamond Collection Pinot Grigio 2020

Characteristics:
Crisp, light and dry white wine, grown in the cool climate of Monterey County, ideal conditions for this delicate grape. The grapes are picked in the early morning and fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at cool temperatures, bringing out top notes of apricots and tangerines, followed by flavors of pear, green apple and grapefruit. 
Food pairing:
Refreshing as aperitif. Pairs well with buttered crab legs, seared scallops, roasted chicken. Go for seafood salads, pasta with clams or fresh tomato sauce; vegetable-based risottos or even sushi!


Fleur du Cap Cabernet Sauvignon 2019 

Characteristics:
Dark ruby red colour, an abundance of red fruit with a touch of spicy oak. Mouthfilling with ripe red berries, cherries and delicate vanilla flavours. Full-bodied with soft and elegant tannins. 12 months of wood maturation in a combination of new and used French and American oak.
Food pairing:
Enjoy with grilled red meat and spicy sauce, with spicy lamb and with stews.

Beyerskloof Pinotage 2020

Characteristics:
Intense crimson color, typical Pinotage bouquet with plums and black cherries. A pronounced palate with black fruit, sweet spicy notes and velvety tannins. Well structured, yet elegant and soft, medium-bodied with a fresh and beautifully balanced finish. 
Food pairing:
Baked or grilled red meats. Pairs nicely with oriental cuisine, with tempered spiciness and sweet and sour touch, or with chutneys.

Alexanderfontein Boutonnière 2018

Characteristics
Red berries with a touch of vanilla. Spicy because of the cool climate of Darling. Nine months oak, only 30% new, the rest 2nd and 3rd fill.

Enjoy with fried red meat and spicy sauce, with spicy lamb and with stews.
