Francis Coppola 2019 Mammarella Pinot Grigio

Mammarella means 'dear little mama' in Italian and is made to honour Frances Coppola's mother. Blend of 75% Pinot Grigio, 18% Chardonnay, 5% Sauvignon Blanc & 2% Pinot Blanc. Fermented on stainless steal to preserve the delicate aromatics for which the varietal is known. Aromas of grapefruit, pineapple and honeysuckle, flavours of citrus, orange zest and white flowers. Light and fresh, with a striking balance of luscious fruit and crisp vibrancy.

Food pairing:
"A wine for everyday life!" For any occasion, from party appetizers, to lunch or enjoyed on its own. Pairs well with salads and chicken.

Francis Ford Coppola, the famous film director is surrounded by a professional team that successfully runs a very modern winery. Since 2011, guests are welcomed to the brand new Rosso & Bianco winery in Alexander Valley in Sonoma.
