Silky structure and seductive aromas and flavours of ripe mango, apple pie and citrus. Best region for fine Chardonnay - 9 months on French oak, combination of new (30%) and used barrels.

Combine with fine and pure dishes: soft grilled fish or poultry. Salad with seafood, tomate crevette. Delicious with roasted lobster with garlic and fine herbs.

Characteristics:
Young red berries and soft tannins. Soft aromas of raspberries, cherries, plums, a touch of pepper and clove. 6 months on French oak, 40% new.
Food pairing:
Delicate and tender meats, cooked 'Rosé', like lamb, veal or goat, in natural and refined sauces.
