Hanekom Witteberg Chenin Blanc 2018

Characteristics:
Grapes sourced from Paarl. The wine is named after the majestic mountain range that surrounds the Karoo. Part of the fermentation on old French oak barrels, with daily batonnage, after which the wine matured for 8 months. Rich palate, full of texture and flavour, with well-balanced acidity. Notes of apricot and peach with lingering flavours of poached pears and a hint of quince.

Food pairing:
Complements grilled fish, stews or mild curries.
