Dry premium Rosé in the same style as the high class Provence rosés. Blend of 64% Cinsaut, 34% Grenache and 2% Shiraz. Handpicked in February, with great flavours and exceptional acidity. Kept on the fine lees for 9 months before bottling to create more complexity. Pale blush-pink hue, vibrant aromas of fresh nectarine, peach and apricot, some soft red berries. Long and rewarding aftertaste of lemon zest and a touch of lees.
Delicious as an aperitif, or enjoy with grilled tuna, poached salmon or sushi. Or serve with a seafood salad, or cold chicken salad. Why not go for pure lobster on a special occasion.
