Klein Constantia Estate Chardonnay 2012

Characteristics:
Great balance between delicate oak on the nose, combined with creamy butterscotch, citrus and white peach aromas. Good acidity. Aged on the gross lees for 12 months.

Beautiful with fish in creamy sauce, grilled fish, even Asian styled. Combines with tasty cheeses.

About the winery:
The concept of “terroir” has a strong influence on the character of wine produced at Klein Constantia, with soil and climatic conditions ideal for producing grapes with ample fruit flavours. The slopes are cherished by the cooling False Bay winds. Vin de Constance is a world famous wine, the other wines also excell by their finesse: Sauvignon Blanc and Cabernet Sauvignon absolutely adore this terroir. Worth a visit and taste!
