Le Bonheur Estate Cabernet Sauvignon 2006

Characteristics:
Dark ruby red, warm outset of crushed blackberries, ripe plums, coffee, cigar case and vanilla oak touch, fruity taste, elegant soft texture with a long aftertaste.

Food pairing:
Delicate beef, gently spiced. Slow stews of beef or venison.

About the winery:
Le Bonheur counts 65 ha vineyards, that are planted on the slope of the Klapmuts in the district of Stellenbosch. What historically was an inn for travelers, is now a leading wine estate making complex quality wines of international varieties on four different soil types: granite, malm, sand and clay.
