Mulderbosch Chardonnay Barrel Fermented 2012 Stellenbosch

Characteristics:
Radiant gold with vibrant lime tinges. Aromas of hot buttered toast, marmalade, oatmeal and vanilla pod. Scintillating acidity cuts through the creamy textured palate, whilst layers of ripe tangerine, ginger preserve and clove spice course through to the bold finish. 100% Chardonnay, 9 months on new French oak.

Food pairing:
Perfect with grilled fish or crayfish and fresh grilled tuna. Combine with Asian food, veal or pork fillet in a creamy sauce, lamb, prosciutto ham or as a meal on its own!
