Mulderbosch Chenin Blanc 2016

Characteristics:
Papaya, melon and limes jostle for attention aside freshly sliced Granny Smith apples and touches of oak spice. 100% Chenin, only 5% of the juice matured on new French oak and 5% on 2nd and 3rd fill for 6 months.

Asian kitchen with fish and poultry, grilled tuna & vegetarian dishes and stews.

About the winery:
Mulderbosch, situated in the Stellenbosch Hills and is widely accepted as being one of the best wine producers in the country.
