Neil Ellis Wines Elgin Chardonnay 2015

Youthful pale lemon straw colour. Bright nose of ripe apple, peach and biscuit. Wonderfully concentrated aromas of stone fruit, citrus and creaminess through the finish. Partially barrel fermented on own yeast, maturation of 9 months on French oak. Fresh Elgin style.

Food pairing:
Excellent as an aperitif, goes well with exotic salads, fish and white meat preparations in light sauces.
