Medium red purple in color, strong aroma of blackcurrant with violets and cedar, a touch of mint. Rich and ripe opulent taste with plum fruits on a bedding of new oak and fine tannins. 18 months on French oak, 25% new. Multi-faced wine that needs time to mature.
Combine with red meat: beef, lamb, venison, accompanied by flavourful sauces. Can be enjoyed on its own as a meditation wine.
