Intense dark colour, black berry aromas, with violets and cedar. Rich and ripe opulent taste with plum fruits on a bedding of new oak and fine tannins. 18 months on French oak, 25% new. Well balanced blend of 86% Cabernet Sauvignon, 2% Malbec and 12% Petit Verdot, added to obtain a silky touch. Multi-faced wine that needs time to mature.
Combine with red meat: beef, lamb, venison, accompanied by flavourful sauces. Can be enjoyed on its own as a meditation wine.
