Characteristics:
White peaches, zeste of lime, vanilla and toasty aftertaste. Very elegant white Burgundy, incredible value for money.

Food pairing:
Try with oriental-styled dishes or stir-fried, sweet and sour fish and poultry, or with parmesan, ripened cheeses.

About the winery:
Ondine wines are made on Ormonde, located in Darling, near the Atlantic Ocean. The grapes can ripen slowly because of the cooling effect of the Atlantic sea breezes. The strongest winds are stopped by a slight slope close to the sea and thus young plants and blossoms are protected. The vineyards are not irrigated, and the grapes are still picked by hand.
