Aromatic and unwooded and a prefect expression of the cool Darling climate. Aromas of young peach, guava and mineral touches in the aftertaste.
As aperitif, with sushi, grilled prawns or salads with roasted chicken or fish.
About the winery:
Ondine wines are made on Ormonde, located in Darling, near the Atlantic Ocean. The grapes can ripen slowly because of the cooling effect of the Atlantic sea breezes. The strongest winds are stopped by a slight slope close to the sea and thus young plants and blossoms are protected. The vineyards are not irrigated, and the grapes are still picked by hand.
