Pale yellow in hue, ripe tropical aromas leap from the glass with melon, pineapple, lemon zest and lychee. The mouthwatering palate is vibrant and nicely rounded, layered with flavors of crisp apple and fresh citrus, finishing with a touch of minerality.
Bright and versatile, this Unoaked Chardonnay can be enjoyed on its own or served with light appetizers. For heartier fare, pair with a Caesar salad with grilled chicken, a bay scallop pan roast, or a mushroom and brie pizza.
