Characteristics:
Light straw yellow with a green hue. Aromas of grapefruit, citrus peel, litchi, white pear, chamomile and jasmine. The palate is fresh and vibrant with good length and elegant flavours. Strict VEGAN guidelines were adhered to during the entire farming and winemaking process.
Food pairing:
Serve with rich shellfish dishes such as seared scallops, grilled lobster and baked crab, especially with a hint of spice. Accompanies sweet root vegetables especially carrots, parsnips and sweet potatoes. Serve with mild creamy curries and mild spicy noodle like Pad Thai. Cape of Good Hope Caroline 2019 Riebeeksrivier Swartland
Characteristics:
The Riebeeksrivier farm is situated on the slopes of the Kasteelberg. Blend of 37% Marsanne, 37% Roussanne, 20% Chenin Blanc and 6% Viognier. The grapes were harvested by hand, the wine spent 7 months on the lees in old French oak and stainless steal (15%). Aromas and flavours of crunchy dried autumn leaves, vanilla biscuit, stone fruit, nectarine, peach and apricot and an elegant, dry and refined mouthful. Fresh acidity and a pleasant chalky grip. Complex, structured with delightful mouthfeel and texture. Beautiful integration of oak makes for a long, layered but sophisticated wine.

Cape of Good Hope Southern Slopes 2017 Riebeeksrivier Swartland
Characteristics:
Attractive bouquet of honeysuckle, white fruit, marzipan, hazelnut and flinty minerals. The pallet is harmonious and textural and finishes with beautifully balanced acidity, long and flavoursome mid pallet with rich texture. The grapes are whole bunch pressed, 100% barrel fermented and spend 9 months in 228l French oak barrels of which 33% is new. A high-class wine and a clear expression of the cool Elgin terroir.

Serve with salmon, fish, seafood and white meat, grilled or with butter or creamy sauces. Or cheeses: brie, comté, mozzarella and Swiss gruyère.
Schild Barossa Valley Shiraz 2019
Characteristics:
Schild Estate's Shiraz reflects the soft elegant palate of Schild's viticultural home in the southern portions of the Barossa Valley. The toasted herbs are distinctive, offering rosemary and bay leaf accents to the dried cherry and blackberry core, with accents of fresh orange zest and plenty of cigar box details. Expressive, especially on the finish. Drink to 2023.

Samsara means 'to flow on'. The drawing on the label is a Celtic Tree of Life motif, a reference to the continuous cycle of life and represents the perpetual renewal and revitalisation of Avondale's living system. 100% organic Syrah. Soft wood, white pepper, violets, red berries and orange peel arrest the nose. On the palate plum, cherry, clove, cinnamon and pepper. Beautiful balance between fruit, firm tannins and fresh acidity.
Food pairing:
Serve with red meat and lamb. Stews and recipes with spicy and tangy marinades adore this Syrah.
