Rupert & Rothschild Vignerons Baroness Nadine Chardonnay 2011 (1.5L)

Characteristics:
An elegant wine with citrus and honey blossoms, refreshing mouth-filling flavour, balanced with minerality, creamy and nougat in the retro. Partially fermented and matured on French oak and concrete tanks. Refined Chardonnay.

Food pairing:
Try delicately prepared grilled fish and poultry. Combined with fresh oysters it is a delight.

About the winery:
Rupert & Rothschild Vignerons is a joint venture between the Rupert family of South Africa and Baron Benjamin de Rothschild of Château Clarcke from France. The common base is the historic estate Fredericksburg, situated between Franschhoek and Paarl. Talented cellarmaster Yvonne Lester, the constant link between vineyard and wine cellar, strains after modern fruit and a classic texture.
