Blend of 50% Merlot, 40% Cabernet Sauvignon and 10% Cabernet Franc. 17 months on French oak of 300L. Handpicked grapes. Aromas of fresh raspberries, pomegranate. Balanced, with cranberries and cedarwood nuances. Ageing potential of at least 7 years from vintage.
Combine with excellent red meat, eg fillet or chateaubriand, or with a coq au vin, ossobucco or lamb casseroles. Can be served with hard cheeses.
