Bright gold with green tinge, tropical fruit on the nose, pineapple and some quince. On the palate the balance is impeccable with grapefruit, vanilla and baked apple flavours. Bush vines, aged on French oak for appr 12 months. Will improve for many years.
Try with oriental-styled dishes or stir-fried, sweet and sour fish and poultry, or with parmesan, ripened cheeses.
