Characteristics:
Dry & medium-bodied red wine, 100% Pinotage from cool region Botrivier. Mainly aged on neutral French wood for 13 months. Abundant aromas of blueberries and mulberries, plums and some mocha. Soft, spicy oak, savoury and peppery. Can age for about 5 years.
Food pairing:
Baked or grilled red meats. Pairs nicely with oriental cuisine, with tempered spiciness and sweet and sour touch, or with chutneys.
