After the malo, this CWG cuvée rested for 21 months on French oak of 225 liters. Deep dark red color. Rich bouquet of black currant, plum and hints of cedar wood. Complex Pinotage with elegant tannins. Top Pinotage that can rip for 10 to 15 years in a bottle.
Baked or grilled red meats, ground game, full flavour sauces.
