International Pinotage Day - October 10th
Pinotage, the unique South African grape, is a cross between Pinot Noir and Cinsault and celebrated its 100th anniversary last year. 10 October is International Pinotage Day, a great occasion to (further) discover this typically South African grape.
Pinotage is very versatile: fruity and approachable for everyday enjoyment, or deep and layered in wines made for cellaring.
