Allesverloren Estate

Swartland is a fashionable wine district and Allesverloren is the oldest estate within the region: the name dates back to 1704, when the winery burnt down completely.

The first wines were made in 1806. The vineyards are situated on the south-eastern slopes of the Castle Mountain near Riebeek West. Owner Danie Malan aims high with full-bodied reds and port.
