Guarantee

Rouseu Wines guarantees that the products meet the specifications as stated on the website and that the legal and/or government regulations are met, which apply on the date that the contract is made.

I wish to cancel my order

The customer can always cancel a pending order without charges, as long as the ordered wines have not yet been shipped. Use the contact form with the subject "cancellation" or e-mail us: info@rouseu.be

How can I order?

To order on this site, you must be at least 18 years old.

First order

Search for your desired product via "quick search" or via our offers on our various product pages. Click on the "add to cart" button which you can find next to the product you want to purchase . Then press the "proceed” button and enter your email address and a password of your choice.

If you want to order different items, proceed on the website and click on the order button depicted next to the product. Upper right on your screen, you will see a summary of the number of products you have ordered . If you have made a mistake, you can remove products from your list. If you have finished ordering, then click on the button ‘Continue here to order' on the bottom of the screen. Fill in your personal details. You can choose whether you wish to pay by bank transfer or by credit card. A customer wanting to pick up wines himself at our physical store address, can also pay upon collection.

How do I know if my order is completed successfully?

If your order has been successfully completed, a confirmation page will be displayed. Subsequently, you will receive a confirmation with all the details of your order via your e-mail address used when ordering. Please check this e-mai. In case of irregularities, go to ‘contact’ and send us your comments.

My order or part thereof has been canceled. What happens?

Despite the careful monitoring of our stock data, it may happen that an item is no longer available, but still mentioned on the website. In this case, you will receive an automatic email with the cancellation of your order . When you have paid by bank transfer or via credit card, we will refund lthe full amount for the out of stock product in your order within a few days.

I want to pick up my order, is that possible?

You are always welcome in our store - Kortrijksesteenweg 147-149 in Sint-Martens–Latem, from Tuesday to Saturday, from 9 am to 12h30 and from 13h30 to 18h00. Notify us in advance so we can prepare your order.
