Cellarmaster Elunda Basson has been succeeding for years now in producing different styles of quality sparkling wines. It is her passion to compete with the great French Champagnes. The cellar is based in Devon Valley, Stellenbosch. The range includes both dry and sweet sparkling wines in white, pink or red, and usually made using the traditional 'Méthode Cap Classique' or second fermentation in the bottle.
