Ondine

Ondine wines are made on Ormonde, located in Darling, near the Atlantic Ocean.

The grapes can ripen slowly and optimally because of the cooling effect of the Atlantic sea breezes. The strongest winds are stopped by a slight slope close to the sea and thus young plants and blossoms are protected. The vineyards are not irrigated, and the grapes are still picked by hand.
