End of January is harvest time in South Africa, the cellars are buzzing with activity! For the cuvée Kanonkop Pinotage, the harvest started on Wednesday, January 24. The grapes ferment for 3 days in open fermenters, the skins are punched down manually every 2 hours, which ensures a very nice extraction of aromas and color.

We highlight a few top Pinotages, at a nice promo of 10% - minimum 6 bottles total.
