Pairs with red meat such as ribeye, braised short ribs, rosemary lamb chops or peppered steak. Also pairs well with vegetarian mushroom risotto and aged cheddar.

About this winery
Subterra Chardonnay and Cabernet are made in Sonoma by August Sebastiani, a fourth-generation winemaker from the well-known Sebastiani family. The label, with its drawing of an old barn and silvery-gold accents, is a nod to the family's roots. The grapes are carefully selected from various California regions. The cuvées are fine and elegant, with great value for money.
