Characteristics:
Elegant and medium-bodied Valpolicella with ruby red colour. Fresh acidity, aromas of red cherries, some floral notes, soft tannins and elegant finish. Crafted from Corvina, Corvinone, and Rondinella.
Food Pairing:
With white meat and poultry, such as grilled chicken or turkey, pair with pasta with tomato-based sauces and with italian charcuterie or a vegetarian mushroom risotto.
About this winery:
The Vicentini family has been producing wine for four generations in Colognola ai Colli, east of Verona. The estate comprises over twenty hectares within the Soave and Valpolicella appellations, planted with native grape varieties. With respect for nature and terroir and minimal intervention in the cellar, the winery aims to craft wines that reflect origin and craftsmanship.
