Characteristics:
Aromas of green lime. A hint of clementine on the palate, accompanied with notes of passion fruit and melon.

'bright white leans more toward stone fruit flavors, with white peach, dandelion and seasalt notes streaking along. Offers hints of vanilla spice midpallet, followed by a moderately long finish. Drink now through 2024'

Food pairing:
Excellent with appetizers, exotic salads, spicy fish, other seafoods, white meats, and cheeses with no rind.

About the winery:
Mulderbosch, situated in the Stellenbosch Hills and is widely accepted as being one of the best wine producers in the country.
