Characteristics:
Dry white wine with a vibrant acidity. 100% organic Pecorino grapes. Clear straw-yellow colour, with delicate floral aromas, fresh citrus notes, and hints of exotic fruit. On the palate, it is balanced and mineral-driven, offering good persistence and a clean, elegant finish. The vineyards are planted at 100 meters above sea level on clay soils, and the wine is aged for seven months on stainless steel at controlled temperature to preserve its aromatic freshness.
Food pairing:
Pair with seafood and white fish or a classic seafood risotto. Or with fresh cheeses and light vegetable dishes, especially asparagus or zucchini
About this winery:
Vigneti Radica is a family-owned estate based in Tollo, in the Abruzzo region, close to the Adriatic Sea. Oenologist and viticulturist Giacomo Radica manages 13 hectares of vineyards with a strong focus on quality and true expression of terroir. The proximity of both sea and mountains creates ideal conditions for producing fresh, well-balanced wines. Sustainability plays a key role, with minimal intervention in both vineyard and cellar. They are best known for their Montepulciano d’Abruzzo, Pecorino and Trebbiano d’Abruzzo, often sourced from the Tullum DOP and Terre di Chieti IGT appellations.
