Characteristics:
Elegant and full-bodied Cabernet. Handpicked grapes from across Napa Valley, partly from mountain top vineyards located in the elevated Atlas Peak, Howell Mountain and Diamond Mountain, known to create wines with intense power and concentration. The other portion is sourced from the Valley’s lower Yountville, Rutherford and other vineyards, which help to balance and soften the texture.  Aromas and flavours of blackberry and cassis with hints of cinnamon. The tannins are velvety, and the wine is beautifully balanced—a delight for Napa Cabernet lovers to enjoy!

Food pairing:
Serve with red meat, this type of Cabernet loves a seasoning with garlic, rosemary and/or porcini (dried mushrooms). Partners well with roast or grilled lamb, slow-braised beef or venison. Fashionable ox cheek dishes are also a good pairing - even a chilli con carne. Go vegan with big juicy Portobello mushrooms with butter and garlic.
