Characteristics:
Violet red color, solid structure with ripe tannins. Strawberries, plums, black forestberries & cloves. Mainly Zinfandel with 14% Petite Sirah. Matured on French & Hungarian oak for 4 months. Delicious glass of wine!

Enjoy with lamb, pork or pastry. combine with mediterranean dishes with tomato sauce.
