100% Chardonnay from the cool, wind-swept vineyards of Santa Lucia Highlands in Monterey County. The combination of morning fog, afternoon coastal breezes and well-draining hillside soils allows for a long, even growing season - resulting in remarkable intensity and natural acidity. Barrel fermentation in French oak. Scents of orange blossom, tropical fruits and toasted oak. Flavours of vanilla, apricot and subtle honey notes. Impeccable balance with a touch of minerality, bright acidity and creamy texture. Lingering long finish.

Versatile wine, pair with seafood, white fish and white meat or ris de veau, with ripened cheeses or smoked salmon.
