Characteristics
Organic, dry and versatile white wine made from the Arneis grape planted on the hilly terrain of Rodello in Piemonte. Straw colour, almost gold, with discrete greenish reflections, intense floral aroma with white flowers and wildflowers, dandelion, peach and melon. Full, soft and harmonious flavour, reminiscent of apple and evident melon.
Food pairing
Excellent as an aperitif or with fish, sushi, shellfish and delicate cheeses.Â

Azienda Agraria Mario Giribaldi is a family-owned winery based in Piemonte, in the northwest of Italy. Their vineyards are located in the Langhe, a hilly region renowned for its high-quality wines such as Barolo and Barbaresco. This area is recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage Site for its rich winemaking tradition. The Giribaldi family has been passionately making wine for three generations and has been farming organically since 2001. Their blend of traditional methods and modern techniques ensures top quality.
