Characteristics:
Small production Bordeaux style; blend of 51% Cabernet, 19% Cabernet Franc, 16% Merlot and 9% Petit Verdot. Matured on new French oak for 12 months. Grapes of Stellenbosch origin.

Ginny Povall is the owner of the charming Sugarbird Manor and Protea Height Farm, located in Devon Valley, 10 minutes from the cozy Stellenbosch. It features 10ha flower soil and 5ha vineyard. Ginny is a winemaker and specializes in Chenin Blanc and Pinot Noir.
