A semi-sweet Special Late Harvest (or vendange tardive) with a pleasant soft and fruity finish. Beautiful fraicheur linked to aromas of dried apricots, peaches and a touch of honey and blossoms.
Preferable with a snack or dessert with raw fruit dishes. Tempting with blue-veined cheeses.
