Francis Coppola Eleanor Red 2012

Characteristics:
A solid blend of old vines made from 58% Cabernet Sauvignon, 6% Syrah, 2% Merlot from Rutherford, Napa Valley and 28% Syrah, 6% Petite Sirah from Sonoma County. Pleasant tastes of black currants, plums, spices & cloves. 20 months on French oak. The wine has named after Francis Coppola's wife as a tribute, they have known each other since 1962.

Francis Ford Coppola, the famous film director is surrounded by a professional team that successfully runs a very modern winery. Since 2011, guests are welcomed to the brand new Rosso & Bianco winery in Alexander Valley in Sonoma.
