Hill & Dale Sparkling Brut Rosé

Bright salmon-pink with an energetic mousse. Fruity and floral on the nose, with freshly-cut strawberries, red apples and rosewater. On the palate, the sparkle is lively with the fruit-based sweetnes perfectly in balance by a crisp acidity. Dry finish.

Serve chilled, lovely as an aperitif. An ideal match with cured meats and proscuitto with melon. Pairs well with mild Asian dishes, noodles and sushi.
