Characteristics:
Méthode traditionelle made of 100% Chardonnay in superb vintage 2019. The wine is aged on its lees for 48 months. Vigorous and lively bubble, the nose shows seaspray, lime zest, chalk and subtle aromas of orange peel. The palate is energetic and tangy with crunchy green apple, lime zip and creamy citrus with gentle biscuit from its time on lees. Refined and elegant, with a lingering aftertaste that offers a seamless integration of fruit, lees and bright acidity.
Food pairing:
Dry and seductive as an aperitif. Also delicious with seafood or oysters!
